Ordering, Returns & Deliveries
How can I place an order on FoodCo?
We strive to get your order delivered as quickly as possible (2 hours for supermarket, and 30 minutes for meals).
If the amount of time you’ve waited has exceeded the promised delivery time, you can contact us and we’ll look into what’s going on.

Where items have been sold in good condition we will not be able to return. If there is a challenge with an item, please go to the outlet you purchased it with your receipt as proof of purchase.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take for my order to get delivered?
Delivery costs and delivery time, are determined by the distance and the traffic situation of the delivery location. We charge from as low as ₦500 and try to maintain a delivery SLA of not more than 2 hours. Farther distances attract higher rates
What payment methods are available?
You can make payment on WhatsApp via bank transfer, and on the website via bank transfer and debit card. Unfortunately, payment on delivery method is NOT available.
I was debited via POS and it hasn't been reversed.
Please wait for 24–48 hours in normal circumstances. If the money doesn’t comes in, simply raise the issue with your bank, as it was a failed transaction.
